Summary
Jeon Jungkook was happy with his life right now. Even though he had to endure his unsupportive family, he was happy because he had a Park Jimin in his life. Despite being irrationally harsh because of his unknown feelings that were blossoming in his heart once he saw that beautiful and mesmerizing eyes, Jimin accepted him with open arms, love and warmth. Jimin was the light of Jungkook's dark life. Jungkook had planned his future, he will ask Jimin to move in with him after they graduated. However, his plan was halted and his heart was crushed as a tragedy occurred.
"It all depends on how strong Mr Park is to fight for his life.”
Now, all he could do is waiting.
Waiting for his little star to shine his light onto the darkness once again.

Jungkook watches him as he sleeps. Watches him as his chest rises slowly up and down, up and down, up and down. And he's so fucking relieved. Relieved that Jimin is still breathing, that his heart is still pumping.. . that he's still alive. Jungkook wishes he could have gotten to him fast enough -even faster than the traveling of rumors spread by people too bored with their lives and too quick to judge.
But he couldn't protect him quick enough.
"Fuck," Jungkook grits out. "Fuck. Fuck. Fuck!"
Jungkook slips his arm around Jimin's tiny waist and pulls him flush into his chest, cradles his body into his own so that no one -even if they're in the save haven of his room- absolutely no one will ever harm Jimin ever again.
"I'm here, Peach. You have me now. I'll always be here."
