It’s nearing one in the morning when Jiung finally decides to turn his light off and leave the workshop. When he opens the back door, he finds Intak leaning back against the wall across the narrow alley, a boyish smile on his lips.
“Hey hyung,” he greets, hands in the pockets of his worn out cargo pants.
“You were here ten days ago,” Jiung notes. “What the hell is it this time?”
“Am I not allowed to simply miss you?”
or, Jiung is Intak's mechanic. And friend. He thinks.

Summary
That's how he finds himself at a vet's office on a Thursday evening. Shota is sitting next to him with the cardboard box on his lap as he gently touches the puppy's ears. There's not a lot of people — in fact, the room is empty except for Intak and Shota, but he suspects there's only one vet in the whole clinic based on its small, compact layout, unless they've managed to harness some Narnia-esque technology and fit more offices behind one door with peeling paint.
"You guys can come in now," someone calls out from behind the door. Shota shoots up and walks as quickly as his seven-year-old legs will allow him to without jostling the puppy too much, and Intak follows closely behind.
Shota's already reaching up to place the box on the table when Intak turns to close the door behind them, and as he does, he hears a voice decidedly younger than he'd expected saying lightly, "Who do we have here, lil' guy?"
"I found him on the side of the road," Shota explains seriously. Intak turns around and immediately freezes as he's met with the most attractive man he's ever seen in his life.

Choi Jiung, Keeho’s biggest regret. If he could have his life in Canada with Jiung there too, maybe he could call things perfect.
Life didn’t work out that well, because Jiung is still in Seoul, miles from Keeho, and that isn’t even what’s making him feel sick to his stomach.
He counts Jiung’s fingers more than once to make sure his mind isn’t playing tricks on him. Sitting prettily on Jiung’s fourth finger is the most beautiful silver ring Keeho has ever seen.
