The only reason Momo had accepted Iida's invitation to go to a house show in the first place is because she knew Todoroki had it bad for Iida's roommate, Izuku Midoriya. Who was she to not support her closest college friend in his social advancements? It was the very least she could do, even if she could not relate to his struggle of being smitten with someone she'd barely ever spoken to.
What she absolutely did not count on, however, was having her attention commanded by someone she had never actually even met.
