Summary
Joseph Joestar comes from a long line of vampire hunters dating back into the Middle Ages. From generation to generation, some members of the Joestar clan are born with a purple star on their body. It is said to be a mark that foretells of great power. Legends have stated that this was the result of an old agreement forged in blood from hundreds of years ago.
In the past few decades, their members have dwindled one by one, and fewer Joestars have been blessed by the star that has graced their bloodline for generations. It won’t be long until the creatures of darkness return to usurp the earth. It was inevitable. Regular vampire hunters were no match for them. Vampires were too strong, too powerful for ordinary humans to have a chance to fight back.
Caesar has heard the legend of the Joestar line. He is well aware that to see someone with the purple star on their body would mean a mass exodus amongst the vampires. Just imagine his surprise when one day, a young man named Joseph Joestar graced their doorsteps. He has no clue nor memory of what his legacy is, and the only thing he could remember is that he woke up in the cold rain, lying in a puddle of his own blood.
