Summary
Joshua looked perfectly composed, despite the circumstances. Not a single strand of hair was out of place and his lips were still slightly glossed from a meeting he was just at, before he was snatched and shoved into the SUV. The only sign of his anger was the sharp line of his jaw and the way he hadn’t said a single word since he sat down.
“You know,” Hansol said, finally breaking the silence, “most people cry. Or beg.”
Joshua turned his head towards Hansol and shot him a scathing look. “I don’t see the point in begging foot soldiers.”
Chan snorted from the front seat.

It feels like things will never change — until they do.
(Jeonghan’s sister gets married. Joshua is enlisted as moral support.)

Summary
“You’re my boss,” Joshua whispered, but his voice didn’t sound that convincing. More like he was reminding himself. Like he was begging Jeonghan not to make him reckless.
Jeonghan’s mouth curved, slow and crooked. “Then fire me.”
