Summary
The world has devolved into pure and utter chaos as an entire pantheon of gods fight over whether or not the world, along with everything in it, is worthy of "saving" or they should start over from scratch. It's in this mess that our heroes find themselves, and after having seen everything they held dear destroyed, they have to somehow stop the deities they once looked up to from causing even more damage.

Tempest, also known as Tornado, finally gets a new shot at life as she's removed from her older brother and legal guardian, Blue Peter. She's not used to being loved and being allowed to exist and enjoy things, but with Colette and Marlon, she gets to learn that life isn't supposed to be miserable and bleak, but full of love and joy and whimsy.
