Summary
Peter Parker is finally getting his life together. He goes to MIT, has a place to live and is free to be Spider-Man as much as he likes. Yes, he misses May and his friends but things are finally looking up. Until Nick Fury sets the Avengers the task to bring Spider-Man in, no matter the cost.
Basically, post No Way Home except Peter has had no previous contact with any of the Avengers including Tony Stark. (Don't ask how the plot worked up till there because it doesn't) And everyone is alive.

Summary
AU where Tony Stark survived Endgame, but was in recovery through the events of FFH and NWH, and he too loses all memory of Peter Parker's existence.
Unfortunately along with that, Mysterio successfully framed Spider-Man as a villain, and to make matters worse, another antagonist solidifies this poor reputation.
With Spider-Man in hiding, Peter hunts for a way to clear his alias's name, but bills don't pay for themselves and he was lucky enough to land an internship at Stark Industries. This, however, is where things take a turn for the worst.

Suddenly a new voice, gruffer, deeper, says, “What are you doing?” and Tim goes cold all over. That’s Bruce. That’s Bruce speaking a full sentence for the first time today and of course it’s when Tim is hurling his guts out in the bathroom and didn’t want him to know about it.
Shit.
“Picking the lock,” Jason says, like it’s obvious. “Didn’t think you’d appreciate me breaking the door down. I can, if you want. I am absolutely fine with that option actually.”

Bruce is in a bad mood after a case doesn’t go entirely to plan, and Tim is determined not to do anything to make it worse.
Unfortunately, his shrimp allergy didn’t get that memo.
