Summary
It's with this sentence that Yuan ended episode 8 and it's difficult to wait a week with such a question! and episode 9 seems to bring a lot of drama and violence.
Also, here's my own interpretation of what Qian's response might be, before the drama of episode 9. -

Summary
C'est avec cette phrase que Yuan a fini l'épisode 8 et difficile d'attendre une semaine avec une telle question! et l'épisode 9 semble amener beaucoup de drame et de violence.

I think I'm like most of you, who enjoyed following the Ning-Yi / Feng Zhiwei couple: hoping until the end (until the 9th minute?) That it would end well ...
But when I saw that twice, she had taken an oath never to marry him, I never imagined how she could have broken her word while remaining true to herself!
Also, reviewing one of the last scenes, wondering once again what could change the end of the story, I thought of a character both important and under-exploited in the series, and especially in this ending part: Gu Nanyi -

Je pense être comme la plupart d’entre vous, qui ont aimé suivre le couple Ning-Yi / Feng Zhiwei : espérant jusqu’à la fin (jusqu’à la 9e minute ?) que cela finirait bien…
Mais comme deux fois elle avait fait le serment de ne jamais l’épouser, je n’imaginais pas comment elle aurait pu manquer à sa parole tout en restant fidèle à elle-même !
Aussi, en revoyant une des dernières scènes, me demandant encore une fois ce qui pouvait changer la fin de l’histoire, j’ai pensé à un personnage à la fois important et sous-exploité dans la série, et surtout dans cette fin : Gu Nanyi… -

Summary
J'ai eu envie de compléter ce début de saison 2, en revivant certaines scènes de la série, et en en rajoutant d'autres, pour développer l'histoire d'Alec et Magnus; en tant que couple, bien sûr, mais aussi comme deux individus complexes et attachants.
Un peu de Luke et Jocelyne aussi, car leur couple me semble un parallèle intéressant avec Alec et Magnus, et je me demande comment ils vont assumer leurs relations vis-à-vis de leurs communautés respectives.

“Kongpob, stop looking at me like that,” Arthit barked, and Kongpob winced and complied.
“Sorry,” he said.
“Um- no- I mean-” Arthit stuttered out his words, and then sighed in frustration, scratching his head.
“What is it?” Kongpob asked.
“Well, usually you'd just... um, just tell me that... ugh, don't make me say it.”
“Say it,” Kongpob countered. “I need to know what you're thinking. Tell me.”
Arthit shifted uncomfortably from foot to foot.
“Usually... you'd just... just say something like...” Arthit was clearly forcing out his words through his embarrassment, bashfulness almost choking him. “Like... 'you're my boyfriend and I can look if I want to'. Something like that.”
In which Arthit's automatic defensive reaction to Kongpob wanting him leads the progression of their intimacy to stall, frustrating them both. Kongpob comes up with a solution.

Summary
In a world where warlocks have risen up and taken over the Shadow World, Nephilim are second-class citizens. Warlocks keep them around to get rid of pesky demons and for their own entertainment.
Magnus Bane finds the whole Nephilim business distasteful, but would rather not involve himself in politics. His life takes an interesting turn when his friend gives him a young Shadowhunter boy for his birthday.
Alec Lightwood comes from a long line of Shadowhunters who remember the time when they ruled the Shadow World. He would do anything for his family and has accepted his fate, but Magnus doesn’t end up being the horrible warlock he expected.
