Summary
And then comes Jisung.
The final moment, tonight's centerpiece. A calculated reveal.
His first public appearance after presenting, the second son beta no one paid attention to, now revealed to be a diamond in the rough.
Minho doesn't think when he offers Jisung his leather-gloved hand. And Jisung takes it without hesitation, the touch light, for balance and form, but Minho feels the warmth as if it were skin on skin, searing through the leather like flame.
The noise surrounding them rises as soon as Jisung appears, all attention focusing on him.
He's luminous.

Summary
“Is the seat next to you taken?”
Minho looks up, fixing the round rimmed glasses on the bridge of his nose, and finds the guy that has clearly become familiar against his will standing there, fingers curled around the strap of his bag.
“Ah. Jiwon,” he says. “I suppose this row has enough seats for both of us.”
“Jisung,” he corrects, settling down with one chair of respectful distance between them. He sounds amused by the mistake. Minho is just happy they won’t be bumping elbows. “But you can call me anything you want.”
Minho’s eyebrows shoot up. “Does that line usually work for you?”
“I don’t know,” Jisung laughs, setting his laptop on the desk and pulling out a giant can of an energy drink out of his bag. He pops it open and takes a generous swig. “It’s the first time I’ve ever used it.”
(Minho moves to Seoul with one rule at the forefront of his mind: to not give his heart away to a hockey player. Jisung breaks it for him.)

Summary
“No Jinnie tonight?” Seungmin asked.
“Nah, he and Minho are having a date night.” Jisung shrugged.
“They could have joined us.” Changbin chuckled.
“That’s what I said. But apparently offering to pretend to be on a date with you two and us all making out didn’t cut it as a double date night plan.”
“And by all of us making out, you mean finding an excuse to make out with your besties boyfriend.” Changbin teased him.
“Oh my god, shut the fuck up! I said that shit when I was drunk, it doesn’t count!” Jisung responded, frowning to try and hide his embarrassment.
“Yeah sure, saying you have the hots for Minho doesn’t count because you were drunk. Then us teasing you about it doesn’t count because we are getting drunk.”
“Bro! It’s not worth mentioning!” Jisung objected.
“You wanna fuck your roommates boyfriend, it’s very worth mentioning, and mocking, and teasing.” Changbin laughed.tHaving a crush on one of your best friends is bad enough, but that friend being in a relationship with your roommate and friend, it is a disaster. A disaster that will start with betrayal, then guilt, followed by a breakdown.

Summary
Sometimes he thinks that Minho is right there with him, both of them teetering on the edge of the precipice like acrobats on the tips of their toes. From time to time, for short, precious moments, Jisung entertains the idea that Minho may feel the same way about him, and he lets himself breathe with it, hope with it, burn with it.
