Gojo misses Yuuji’s hands. He misses Yuuji’s touch, misses Yuuji’s voice.
He lowers himself to Yuuji’s lips, and he feels nothing but his own breaths released in tatters. He wonders how he can drown himself in Yuuji the same way Yuuji drowned in his own blood.
Following the death of Yuuji Itadori, the amount of curses in Japan goes down drastically. So does the number of curse users. And then the number of sorcerers.
Yuuji deserves a well-rounded diet, after all.

Summary
Strange happenings have begun to occur ever since the God of the Wood failed to accept the village offerings on the last full moon. Monsters have crept across boundaries, stealing away villagers. Amidst the turmoil, Yuuji visits his grandfather deep in the forest. During his return, he comes across the injured God of the Wood, Sukuna, and helps nurse him back to health. In return, Sukuna makes Yuuji his bride, gracing Yuuji with his marks. When Yuuji returns to the village, he’s apprehended by terrified, superstitious villagers who determine that making Yuuji their sacrifice will restore the favor of their God.

Resigning himself to never finding the pink-haired boy at the park again, Sukuna had skipped out on the rest of the work day to return home. He hadn’t even bothered to call in, unconcerned with something as mundane as his job.
When he’d arrived back at his residence, Sukuna had made a beeline for his darkroom. Even though his camera was an expensive hybrid, allowing him the option of a digital print, he wanted to develop the film himself. He wanted to watch as the photo came into existence beneath his careful, patient ministrations. He wanted to watch as the ghost of the pink-haired boy took form.
It had taken a half hour for the film to develop in its baths before Sukuna carefully pinned the print to the overhead clothesline. As the boy’s smile deepened, etching itself into the expensive photo paper, Sukuna couldn’t help but press his finger to the developing picture. It was a compulsion, a thought that he couldn’t shake. He wanted a little bit of himself to survive alongside Yuuji.
