    Chopper is used to being alone. That is what was safe for everyone else. He'd only ever made two exceptions in the matter, and both of them were now under his father's radar because of him. He knows they deserve better. He knows he doesn't deserve them. But, he will do whatever he can to protect those he loves.

    Win could feel the irritation start to grow within him again. He was seconds away from blowing up into Boom’s face and it must have shown because said boy recoiled and took a few fast steps backwards. “I’ll see you tomorrow, Sound.”
    And he was gone. At least he took his gifts with him again and didn’t force them down Sound’s throat.
    “Win! What the hell!”
    “I told you it would work!”
    “I can’t believe Boom would call out Win right into his face…”
    “I don’t know if I’m more surprised with Win acting on another whim of his or Sound actually playing along.”
    “Hello?! Win!”
    Win’s actions caught up with his mind right when everyone broke into chaos. What had he gotten himself into again?
