A sequel to my Pluribus oneshot, 'You're All Alone In There', following canon divergence as of Episode 3: After a drunken one night stand with the entire world packed into Zosia's head, how will the trajectory of Carol's life change; how much more than it already has?
What if the kisses were real? What if the 'we love you's were spoken not from a paramedic to a waterlogged author, but from a world in love to the woman that needs to hear it? Carol's world is now one where she provides the global hivemind with a joy it can't source anywhere else. Zosia's world is now one where she and all her other selves might prefer things this way.

She feels those golden-hazel eyes on her even if she can't see them, trained and focussed on the movement of her hand as she lifts the glass to take a sip. It’s almost like the woman is testing her for something she hasn’t studied, and she’s suddenly unsure of how to hold herself, what to do with her hands. She brings the glass to her mouth and feels that gaze shift to her parted lips, then down to the dip of her throat when she reminds herself to swallow.
Footsteps fall softly on the tiled floor, and suddenly Yaz can feel the closeness of the other woman’s body, like her mere presence sends a dull, vibrating hum of electricity through the air...
