In Katsuki's eyes though, he was different. He was mean. He was selfish. He was angry. He was ugly. He was a crybaby.
He was confused.
Being confused made him angry, being angry made him frustrated, and being frustrated made him cry. It was in those moments of vulnerability that the confusion crept in and the whole cycle started over again.
Why did he want to be pretty? And why did that fill him with so much shame?

Pulling out a book of his own, one of Tenya's favorites, no less, and starts reading. Tenya, confused, confronts him. Learning much more about Bakugo and himself in the process.
