Summary
Eridan's spent his life trying to live up to his abusive parent's expectations, and for the most part, succeeded. He's a successful legal prosecutor, got perfect grades throughout his schooling, never did drugs or caused any scandals that would bring trouble to his family's name. However, on the day of his 29th birthday, a hurtful memory of words in the form of Sollux Captor show up.
"This is Sollux!" Feferi gestured towards the man in question, arm looped through his, "we just started dating last month, but I can already tell this one's a keeper."
Sollux does not remember him, nor would he have reason to, but Eridan remembers.
