“I can’t believe it’s happening again,” Oscar says quietly. He looks a bit out of it. Lando sits up carefully, and panics when the giant Aussie stays giant.
“What happened?” Lando asks with fear in his voice.
He looks down at his hands. They look fine.
But the couch he is sitting on doesn’t.
It is gigantic! The pillow he is sitting on could swallow him whole. He can’t even look over the armrest.
Did he shrink?!

Lando looks back over his shoulder, then. Oscar’s face is still bunched up in a smile but he’s vertical again. The apples of his cheeks are soft and pink from the cold and his hair falls over his forehead in that cute way it always does. Dread curls low in Lando’s stomach when he looks back at Alex.
He gestures over his shoulder with his thumb, voice caught somewhere between worried and disbelieving. “Does he think I hate him?”
The words feel a little sickening coming out his mouth.

Summary
Lando expects shock, confusion, maybe even panic when he tells Oscar he’s pregnant. He does not expect Oscar to faint. He also does not expect Oscar to faint again at the ultrasound. Or the second one.
What follows is an entire Formula One season of unhinged overthinking, aggressively overprotective alpha instincts, Oscar Piastri insisting he’s allowed to behave like this because “you’re carrying our child,” and Lando Norris surviving it all with rolled eyes, deep breaths, and alarming patience.
The paddock watches. The paddock judges. The paddock is mildly terrified.
