    Amazing Harry post-battle theories. THIS treated the boy-who-lived in the way I think he really was after the train wreck of canon. I would have liked an absolutely, no doubt happy ending BUT it is an optimistic ending which is good enough. I really think it tells the truth about Harry’s life. (And it is even better with “Double the Lightening Scars, Triple the Roses” by https://archiveofourown.org/users/ChasingDopamine/pseuds/ChasingDopamine who fixes the end with concrete as I prefer.) Highly recommend.

    There were very few things in Harry Potter's life that he was certain of. There was one absolute certainty though; he'd felt it in his bones for as long as he could remember. He, Harry Potter, was dead. The living people around him might not believe, but the dead sure did. Oh well, it doesn't impact his life much. Besides, it's nice to get help with his schoolwork from his parents.

    Genius! Actually much better than canon! None of the terrible things that happened in canon (Harry’s nearly continuous mistreatment, Cedric, Sirius…) BUT no silly, unbelievable, contrived, or otherwise stupid work-arounds either. One of my top 5 fav fanfics!
