Kiyoomi has never been a huge fan of physical contact. Everyone knew that. What they didn't know is how many times Kiyoomi had made up excuses or even just forgot that trait of his whenever he was with Atsumu. Just Atsumu. Just so that he could get that sliver of physical contact that he wanted. No, scratch that, that he needed.
It was like a flame that he probably never deserved yet still yearned for. The touch of Miya Atsumu in his palm, the warmth of it all flowing in his veins. The quiet moments of trying to act subtle as if he wasn’t bursting from the contact. Miya Atsumu was different. Far different from anyone else in Kiyoomi’s life. And far different than anyone else will be.

It all started with Atsumu’s understandable—yet tragically obvious—crush on none other than Sakusa Kiyoomi.
Not that Atsumu meant to make it obvious.
He liked to think he was subtle… smooth… casually magnetic.
But when he found himself hyper-focusing on every word that dripped from Sakusa’s tongue—no matter how venomous—tripping over his own feet during blocking drills just to watch him serve, and freezing like a loading screen every time Sakusa so much as glanced in his direction… well, maybe he wasn’t as subtle as he thought.
Especially not when half the team had stopped pretending not to notice.

Somehow, Atsumu and Sakusa had managed to go this whole time without the team knowing that they were married with a daughter, even though they weren't secretive about their relationship at all. They argue constantly, but it's only ever in the way of a little couple's spat, surely the team can work that much out right?
Wrong.
Alternatively, 5+1 ways Atsumu and Sakusa are hopelessly in love while the team is oblivious.
