Summary
Wade knew something was up since yesterday. And honestly, it didn’t take a genius to figure it out. In the past months since he and Logan lived together, (as platonic besties slash roomies who sometimes watch movies together and rest their head on the other’s shoulder with minimal consequences) Wade learnt a lot about the other’s routine.
Like, to put a relevant example, the week every month where Logan became insufferably mean(er), not unlike a wounded animal and stayed in bed (Wade’s bed, he was forcibly sent to the pullout couch). This also including but not limited to constant growling, not showering, and not eating if Wade didn’t interfere.[...]
“Are you kidding? It’s my dream to bring release to the Wolverine’s knot- back knots.” Wade wiggled his lack of eyebrows. Logan cringed and mouthed ‘disgusting’ as the other continued talking.

John is standing in front of Sherlock’s chair.
Which, in fact, Sherlock is sitting in, a spool of boxing tape in one hand. He takes one of John’s hands into his own, turns it over, catalogs the roughness of his palms and the calluses and scars that trail up his fingers. Then, carefully, he begins to wrap them away, spinning the tape around and between them.
They will, after all, be boxing.
