Zeb and Kallus exchanged a quiet glance. Kallus shrugged, a small smirk tugging at his mouth. It was pretty funny.
Zeb let out a groan, his shoulders sagging. “It just kinda slipped out. Everyone else at the bar thought we were… that we were a couple, so I just- I just went with it.”

Zeb nodded, his eyes still far away. "Yeah, I'm sure you'll like it."
Kallus couldn't simply ignore such a fitting slip of the tongue, and he sent Zeb a small, teasing grin. "You're planning on taking me?"
Clarity returned to Zeb's eyes in a flash. "I mean…," he scratched behind his head with a sheepish smile, "I guess, in theory, that's where I'd take you."
