Summary
In the Temen-ni-Gru, there are three types of rooms that Vergil stays wary of.
The least of his concerns are the combat rooms.
It’s always standard fare when he enters— the door behind him is sealed by a red demonic web, impenetrable by the Yamato or his summoned swords, and from the ground rises a paltry group of demons. None are any match for his skill. When he dispatches all the enemies, the web shatters, allowing him passage.
Slightly more interesting to him are the rooms blocked by blue webs. Once or twice he’s had to direct mirrors toward a magical switch; in other rooms he needs to insert an artifact into a slot. When he finishes whatever task this puerile tower wants from him, the blue mesh disappears just as the red webs do.
The third type... is purple.
(In which Vergil gets fucked by demons. That's it.)
