Summary
On paper, Ilya Rozanov was living the life that his mama would have been proud of. Now an elementary school PE teacher, Ilya was content with his life as it was, even if it was all shades of beige and mediocre.
Shane Hollander had everything under control. Even if he wasn’t the professional hockey player he’d dreamed of being, he had a perfectly reputable job as the Director of Development at a non-profit charity to help support omegas like himself. As long as everything remained structured and went according to plan, Shane was going to be fine.
After just one night together, Shane and Ilya found themselves irrevocably entwined into each other’s lives. Will they allow themselves to let another person in, or will they do everything in their powers to maintain the lives that they’ve built for themselves? Only time and a baby could tell.

Summary
In a harsh world where Omegas are traded like cattle, Shane Hollander is an unbroken anomaly—feral, sharp-tongued, and fiercely rebellious. Draped in furs and put on display for foreign buyers, he catches the lethal eye of Ilya Rozanov, a Rabenmark Alpha who finds docility painfully boring and craves a real challenge.

Summary
Ilya, a hockey alpha, is forced by league rules to choose an omega partner and rejects all the easy candidates. He finds Shane Hollander’s file—a former player who secretly lived as an alpha and was later taken into state custody—and becomes fixated on choosing him. Despite warnings about scandal and complications, Ilya insists on meeting Shane. In the facility, Shane learns Ilya is coming for a viewing and fears the encounter because of their past fight on the ice. He prepares himself, overwhelmed and resigned to whatever comes next.
