Pedri almost fucking fainted, right there, in the locker room.
Gavi had always been too noisy.
"What's what?" He played dumb, of course he did, what was the other option? 'Oh, yeah it's nothing, just Ferran that has been biting me until I look like I've been mauled by a wolf.'
"That— You know what I'm talking about." Gavi lifted an eyebrow. "Is it Ferran?"
He was definitely gonna faint.
"What? Ferran what?" Pedri had never been the best at lying, and hiding something from Gavi was just plain stupid. He knew that.
Gavi just stared at him, then chuckled, then proceeded to leave him alone in the locker room.
Pedri let out a breath he didn't even knew he had been holding.

“Are you kidding? It’s awesome.”
“You look mauled.”
“No, I look ravished. Loved. Owned.”
Closing the latch is muscle memory, and Ferran makes sure the chain is short enough so the cross sits in the hollow of Pedri’s collarbone; presses nearly against the mark he’s left there.
He turns Pedri back around to face the mirror, and plants little kisses until he can whisper against his ear, “Open your eyes, sweetheart.”
