The pack had made the unanimous decision to kick Stiles out of the pack a month after Derek left. The omega was mopey and depressed and refused to participate in any pack activity or business.
Stiles had tried his hardest to apologise promising to be better. That he would be okay again soon, that Derek leaving had made him feel like half of his organs had been ripped out and shoved back inside in the wrong order.

Dereks gone to ‘find himself’ Scott’s a shit friend and Stiles is a pregnant omega with to much on his plate.

Summary
Stiles wasn't a proper omega and he wasn't even that supernatural, not since his Spark had died to keep the Nogitsune away. Derek was all Alpha-ness, a werewolf Alpha, and beauty. They weren't meant to be. (Obviously, they are).

"He knew he wasn't the ideal omega. He had gangly limbs, lean muscle from lacrosse practice, and long-legged. He was flailing clumsiness, a too-fast mind, and he was too quick to know what someone meant, was saying, or knew.He wasn't too motherly, didn't really know how to deal with kids, and he especially didn't have much sympathy for the other second genders. But most of all? He was an omega without a uterus, his sperm was infertile, and he didn't even have a heat cycle.
