The pack had made the unanimous decision to kick Stiles out of the pack a month after Derek left. The omega was mopey and depressed and refused to participate in any pack activity or business.
Stiles had tried his hardest to apologise promising to be better. That he would be okay again soon, that Derek leaving had made him feel like half of his organs had been ripped out and shoved back inside in the wrong order.
Or
Dereks gone to ‘find himself’ Scott’s a shit friend and Stiles is a pregnant omega with to much on his plate.

“You need to get the fuck out of here before I call the cops.” Derek pauses a moment, his nostrils flaring just a second before his eyes flash burning red, his entire face screwing up in this expression of pure disgust that sends a shiver down Stiles’ spine. “Christ, and you’re a human? A human omega? What kind of fucking moron breaks into a werewolves’ house when they’re just a weak fucking human?”

So she pushes back against all her instincts to run from the apex predator stalking towards her and instead takes the outstretched hand he offers her.
Or: Stiles is a Spark who's stumbles onto Scott and his pack while running for her life after being kidnapped and tortured for two years. Derek is the grouchy pack alpha (with a hidden heart of gold) who clearly hates her but lets her stay because of Scott. Has she finally found peace or will the threats that circle this pack and the darkness growing within her ruin her newfound family?

This is an exploration of Stiles' struggles with ADHD. Stiles is a handful on a good day, so what happens when an unseen problem arises? What happens if, without his much needed meds, his quirks become too strong to hide? Others call him 'weird', but would a pack of werewolves think the same way? What about one wolf in particular?
If the others are having trouble tolerating Stiles, surely a sour-faced Alpha would find him absolutely unbearable...right?
