Summary
Michael Kaiser, a young prodigy, a member of New Generation World XI. A figure built on pride, nothing letting him falter, especially on the field. His battlefield to destroy his enemies. Yet, he finds himself irritated beyond reason at the mere sight of Isagi Yoichi, Blue Lock’s rising striker. Kaiser thought he was the star, the one above all others. But day by day, Isagi tests him… and worse, surpasses him.
And that really pisses him off.
What pisses him off more, though, is that he’s starting to notice the small things. The sweat trailing down Isagi’s jaw during practice, the way he looks almost cute when he kneels to tighten his cleats.
He can’t fucking stand it.

"You some prude," Raichi grunts and the others start laughing.
Isagi grimaces. "Something like that." After they're gone, he steps in front of the mirror and glares at the roses, stems and thorns accusingly. "It's all your fault, asshole!"

"Yoichi. Look at me."
He feels it first: the fingers on his shoulder blades, all ten of them. Kaiser’s hands are on his shoulders and his thumbs are drawing circles into them slowly, gingerly, as if he'll break if Kaiser presses any harder.
When Isagi's metavision gets out of control, Kaiser's there to help ground him.

Summary
Ever since he was a child, Kaiser had the depraved habit of causing pain. Once he's older, he develops a nasty habit of smoking (to control his desire to hurt ppl), and when isagi finds him on a smoke break, he becomes unbearable. Trying to teach him a little lesson, Kaiser and Isagi discover that the two of them are more alike than expected, Kaiser decides to make the best of the situation by fucking him into his rightful place; at Kaiser's beck and call as he personal painslut.
In other words;
When you’ve repressed your sadistic urges for a decade and in comes this cute painslut twink and you lose all your progress on being a normal ass citizen and go to the dark side.
