Summary
There is no after.
To Francoise, the world ends on the day the clock in Iago Tower stops. The rest is a haze, a blur tinged with red. Red in her eyes, red on her hands, red in her soul.
By the time the Hyde releases its claws from her mind - and her muscles, bones and sinews reform into what passes for human - she is done fighting. She doesn't know how long it's been. She doesn't know if it even happened. The world and everything in it have something of a dream-like quality, dizzying and near-stroboscopic. She is no longer of this world. Maybe she never was.
Or: the aftermath of the Iago Tower explosion and the totality of grief.

Summary
If there is one thing Francoise Night is certain of throughout all of her life, it's that she has never quite been like everyone else. Though she wishes she could be more like her peers, it seems as if her wishes fall on the deaf ears of an ultimately uncaring universe. Whatever has contributed to this impermeable barrier between herself and the world at large is so minute that she can never put her finger on what, exactly, has caused it. All she knows is that it's there. Right from the start.
Or: How it all comes together, and how it all falls apart. From childhood to that night in Iago Tower.

Summary
He's back.
And how could Asgore ever forget? The realization had struck him like a ton of bricks on his way to the throne room, the gaps in his mind suddenly filling, the name on the tip of his tongue in his grasp as if it had never left in the first place. Memories of a time long past bloomed in his mind like roses with sharp-tipped thorns.
Gaster.
Asgore has lost everything. His children died, his wife left, and his closest confidant has been missing without a trace for over a decade. The weight of the entire Underground rests on his shoulders, and terrible sacrifices had to be made for the good of monster-kind.
The final child has fallen from the surface world. The man who speaks in hands has returned – and he brings a warning of impending danger that has apparently destroyed the Underground many times before. He won't let that happen again.

"We need to talk about Dyson."
And like any conversation on the Grid that began with the words "we need to talk", this one, too, was a veritable minefield of unknowable proportions.
