Summary
After the chaos at Garden View, everything was dismantled and closed to the public. Many workers were laid off, and many in charge abandoned their plans.
Despite all the chaos, the Toons still lived in the underground complex in their designated homes, awaiting an answer that never came.
With so many events, other needs slowly became greater than any questions the Toons posed.
Amidst the worry, there is still hope in each heart.
Within Sprout, determination, and the need for leadership to ensure safety dominate his mind. This opens paths for him to see things he had never seen before, such as meeting someone as opposite to him as Looey.

“The movement and behaviour patterns of Sergeant Barnes are shifting at indistinguishable time points”, Jarvis explained. “When this happens, he usually does not talk and retreats somewhere to be alone. The only two exceptions have been this morning and five days ago, after you first fixed his arm, Sir.”
Jarvis showed footage of Bucky watching Tony work on the suit.
“I don’t remember that”, Bucky muttered.
“What would you suggest, J? Some form of sleepwalking?” Tony asked.
“Since he talked to you, Sir, that is rather unlikely,” Jarvis responded. “It seems more akin to something like hypnosis.”
Bucky drew in a sharp breath. “It’s him”, he gasped. “It’s the Winter Soldier.”
“You are the Winter Soldier”, Tony said.
“No, the Winter Soldier is separate from me. He is fully Hydra’s creation.”
When Steve brings Bucky to the tower to heal, after the fall of SHIELD, everything should be fine. But the Winter Soldier keeps reappearing, leaving Bucky with holes in his memories and uncomfortable, especially since the Winter Soldier makes it his mission to come on to Tony. Summary
The trials as of late had been an ever ending loop of kill, survive, and die.
A loop that the Specter had grown tired of these last few rounds, no longer just content with the brutal cycle. Every game of cat and mouse always needed a new twist to keep it fresh for the audience, if not for that: the game would be stale at least and unbearable to watch at most.
why not throw something else into the mix, something fun. something new.
