Summary
Fresh out of grad school, Eddie Munson moves away from the mountains to his new life in Hawkins, Indiana in 1990. Atop a hill between the town and the Hawkins State Park, he runs a Cryptid Museum next to the Hawkins Museum and Observatory. As he acclimates to the town, he finds out that Hawkins has LOTS of secrets...secret monsters, secret labs, secret motives...and the handsome Park Ranger Steve Harrington may have some, too. And he decides he's going to figure them out for himself.

Summary
Steve buys a little rundown farmhouse after his parents pass. He collects abandoned and stray animals, ones with disabilities and high medical needs, because he has both the funds and the time to give them the best life they can possibly have. Then, somehow, he starts collecting kids, too, working with the foster system to give them a place to learn and grow. Adults, however, aren't really his forte, but when Jim Hopper calls in a favour, Steve can't help but agree.
It turns out that Eddie Munson, a rockstar famous for both his music and hedonistic lifestyle, is going to be Steve's next rescue.

It happens like a fever dream.
The first time Steve gives Eddie a swift smack on the ass, it’s obviously just an old jock habit that’s stuck with him. It wasn’t meant to have Eddie’s knees going weak, or turn his blood hot under his skin, or give him a brand in the shape of Steve Harrington’s hand, or— Nope, because Eddie’s not even into that.
But then, it happens again.
Or, Steve keeps accidentally awakening Eddie’s new kinks.

Summary
“You thinking of getting it for yourself?” The man continues, eyebrows raised, and that’s when Steve realises he’s just been staring, practically drooling over this stranger who's decided to strike up a conversation about a guitar. A part of him wishes that the floor would open up and swallow him whole.
“Oh, uh, no, actually.” He says, “It’s for my daughter.”
Something indecipherable flickers across the man’s face, there and gone again in an instant, “How sweet.”
“I don’t know what I’m looking for,” he admits, a little sheepish, “I’m not a musician, so…” he shrugs, “I have no way of knowing if this is a good guitar or not.”
There’s a hint of amusement in the man’s eyes as his mouth tilts into a more crooked grin, “Well, lucky for you, I can help.”
In one fluid motion, the man drops himself into a sweeping, dramatic bow. The suddenness of it startles a laugh out of Steve.
“Eddie Munson, guitarist, musician extraordinaire - at your service.”
His energy is infectious - Steve finds that he’s grinning, “Uh, Steve Harrington. Basketball coach, dad,” He tries to think of another good descriptor, but comes up short, “Totally at a loss, here.”- Language:
