The first time Caleb Widogast stepped into Sapphire’s Sendings to post a letter only to unceremoniously get a donut shoved into his face, he was understandably a little wrong-footed. In fact, he never quite regained that footing throughout the rest of his interaction with the blue tiefling who was holding the donut, which was perhaps the only reason the misunderstanding had the chance to arise in the first place.
(or: Jester owns a post office, Caleb sends letters to his dead parents, and there are many pastries)
