PLEASE READ!
Hiiii! This is my first fic in a veeery long time and my first Stranger Things fic! The finale left me in SHAMBLESSSS, so i'm fixing that with sneaking around byler. And yes, the title is a Taylor Swift song. I feel like it fits them. (Also, if you haven't listened to cowboy like me, I recommend doing so! I make a lot of parallels to the song! Also, paintinggate is adressed!)
Important info: The first chapter is just a rewrite of the radio tower scene to give some context to the rest of the plot. The actual story takes place in the 18 months between the end of the finale and the epilogue. Also, El doesn’t die, Mileven is broken up, and Mike does not have that ugly ass haircut in this story. I won't allow it.
