“Stop that!” Dazai opens his eyes only to glare at the one person who doesn’t care if they are hit by the rain. Who would not be swept away by the river.
What a bother.
Chuuya’s hair looks brown instead of red. Soaked through to his skull. No umbrella in sight, no hat or rain jacket. The fool walked here in the rain.
