The sky in Shadowmoon Valley always seemed so strange. As time passed by, prince Kael'thas still couldn't get used to it. He missed the golden sunsets, refracted by calm waters of the Azurebreeze coast. A sight he might never experience again, or at least not in the same way. Not without remembering the waves overflowing with the blood of his people.
Sitting by the window of his bed chamber at one of the higher levels of the Black Temple complex, he… maybe not admired, but looked at the desolate landscape with melancholy and a hint of curiosity, a remnant of his scientific past at Dalaran Academy, although dulled by mourning and everything he's recently been through.Suddenly a faint sound disrupted his turbulent thoughts. He immediately recognised the clatter of heavy hooves against the stone floor. He left the door open, in case his advisors wanted to see him. No, not only them, he secretly hoped that lord Illidan would pay him a visit.
