toya knows what kisses are. he's read about them before, in the novels that he gets so absorbed in. how romanticized the scenes were weaving itself into, how two pairs of lips meeting each other into ehat was described to be some sort of delight. like a silent declaration of an " i love you, " shared between two people.
he knew this. he understood this, to a degree.
but he never once imagined it'd happen to him. from his best friend, too, no less.

The first time Tsukasa visited his cave, the demon lord said that he would only join if Tsukasa managed to defeat him in a match. He was not only hard to convince, but hard to defeat too, as proven by the fact that Tsukasa had been visiting this forest for over a month now."
