Summary
Sublimation
- Passing from one phase to another without transitioning through an intermediate phase.
- Where socially unacceptable impulses or idealizations are consciously transformed into socially acceptable actions or behavior, possibly resulting in a long-term conversion of the initial impulse.
Patrick Kane and Jonathan Toews should probably have figured out the first time what this type of behavior meant.

Summary
John saves a young dragon from drowning after another knocks it unconscious above the Thames. In response the enigmatic creature begins to follow him everywhere, either in human or dragon form, even to war in Afghanistan. When John begins to change because of the creature he is strangely relieved.
This story is dedicated to Fanomy, who inspired me to keep going- and keep thinking- when I would rather have trashed the whole darn thing. I may not be anything close to Sherlock, but you are definitely a conductor of light.
