He had partly expected something white and strappy, an outfit to match Oma’s strange uniform. The thing in the box was heavy, a bulky coat in some sort of brown, fleecy material. He grunted as he pulled the item from the box and let it unfurl with a heavy whup, the bottom hem low enough to strike the floor. “Ah, Oma-kun, it’s a little big.”
Oma, in a generous mood, personally prepares a new uniform for Mister Detective.

“Ah...I understand. You’re lucky that I’m not very hungry right now,” Saihara sighed. “But I do get the message, Oma-kun.” He set the bag down in the kitchen sink and noticed the kitchen counter littered with other ingredients, flour and an egg and various baking items; could Oma have been intending to prepare something himself? Had Saihara interrupted him? Saihara looked curiously over to where Oma stood awaiting him, his expression mysterious. “Well then,” he said politely, “I’ll have to teach Oma-kun a lesson.”
Oma, bringing all his planning prowess to bear, provides a series of very subtle motives in the interest of Saihara's development.
