Todoroki blinks. Steps back like Katsuki is going to lunge for his delicate throat next. He might, honestly. But only because it’s—it’s fucking indecent, is what it is. Todoroki’s bare neck, Katsuki’s shirt practically slipping off one shoulder because it’s worn and already a little big on him. He needs—needs to mark his fucking territory. To claim Todoroki’s pink lips and go from there. Maybe take everything but the stupid shirt off him, and then enjoy the view somewhere private.
“Because I like it,” Todoroki says.
