It’s strange when he’s not direct, but Xiao Zhan knows it’s intentional, because back in August, when Yibo stepped forward with “Zhan-ge, I’m in love with you,” Xiao Zhan stepped back with several “I don’t know if...”s and now Yibo waits to see if Xiao Zhan will meet him in the middle again.
