You move across the country, leaving everything behind but your cat for a job that seemed too good to be true. It was. Your pay is insane, and you're more than qualified for the work you'd be doing, but there's a reason they're so insistent to keep you in that position.
Sundrop and Moondrop: The Daycare Attendants. Manufactured in a robotics facility, all their life - they've only ever been hurt by the few that they've cared about, and the fewer that have cared about them. Every ounce of empathy besides the children they take care of has ended in agony. There hasn't been any exceptions, and even if Sun has hopes for you, Moon won't allow him to continue making the same mistakes. Some of their past is a mystery even to them, and they'd rather you not know most of it.
Trust issues, abandonment, abuse, neglect. You'll do your best to change it, but you can only do so much.
It's a really rough start for you and the Daycare Attendants. It might get better, but not forever. I plan to make you cry, and for some of you I may succeed. Whether your tears fall from fluff or angst is a coin toss, and sometimes it lands on both sides. Enjoy the ride, it isn't slowing down anytime soon.

Based on the mention of the character creator at the end of Fionna and Cake, the medieval mystery fantasy drama.
This is based in fantasy but I will say it does just become a story about learning how to experience being yourself and what you are when your whole existence is caked in what others label you as. This is also them majorly projecting onto these characters though Scarab won't admit this and views Carma completely separate from himself. Feel free to look into that as much as you will.This starts with the two comic pages I did so after those expect writing and maybe the occasional drawing to relate. (this is also written sorta like a script)
