“Why did you come?” Rene whispers. His voice echoes in the quiet.
Alain’s jaw clenches. “Mary-Ann insisted.”
“Why?” Rene presses.
They stare at each other for a moment. Locked in a stalemate. “She knows I was worried.” Alain speaks like the words are made of shards of glass, tearing through his mouth when he says them. “That I am worried about you losing yourself.”

Summary
A series involving a girl who’s just trying to get by in a school full of boys. Along the way, she somehow became those boys’ pseudo-therapist. Not that she interviewed for the role. Or was even consulted on the position. Or…you know what? Yuu’s just going to flow with it.
Stories in the series:
Trails of Memories: The main story, a series of interconnected “vignettes” from multiple perspectives. There may be a bit of developing plot here and there, but it’s mostly just Yuu attempting to keep her gender secret only to discover that half the school population already knows.
Birthday Memories: For all the birthday events! Short little vignettes for the boys with intermittent birthday interviews for OCs. If you squint, you’ll see a sub-plot fraught with undercurrents of envy and self-doubt…
Pocket Sized Memories: Originally started for TwstOBer, this is where you will find mini-chapters that just didn’t fit into the main story. A very self-indulgent dump for my muse, including various ships, random plot lines, and supplemental story tidbits for Trails of Memories.
