Summary
Still-hunters AU. Driving home after getting his broken leg set into a cast, Dean finds a naked and rather disoriented faerie in a box beside the road. The little guy calls himself Castiel; he's seven inches tall, a self-proclaimed warrior, and comes complete with a pair of butterfly wings and a sword the size of a toothpick. (Note: if you value your fingernails, do not call him 'cute'.) Feeling generous, Dean takes Cas back to Bobby's place to offer him some food, a bath, and a place to sleep - oh, and Barbie clothes, but that one is strictly off the record. Sam and Charlie assist in finding a way to return Castiel to his home realm, but the problem is, the longer Cas stays, the more Dean doesn't want his fae buddy to leave. Going home seems to entail certain death, after all...

Summary
Dean Winchester is a young Omega working three jobs to support himself and his abusive, alcoholic father. His dream is to help his aunt and uncle send his brilliant little brother to college.
One of the few bright spots for him is the job he works at a burger place called Mystery Spot, a restaurant owned by four Russian brothers that Sammy and Dean joke all the time is a front for a mafia. One day, however, when a man comes in and tries to kill Dean’s favorite Krushnic brother right in front of him, the Omega is forced to admit that maybe his running joke with Sammy isn’t too far off the mark.
As Dean is thrown into the world of the Krushnic mafia, he finds himself getting closer than ever to Castiel Krushnic himself. The Alpha seems to harbor a strange soft spot for Dean, one that grows more obvious and more confusing by the day. Suddenly, Dean has to wonder why the kindest person in his life is a mafia boss, and why said mafia boss is so dead-set on taking care of him.
It’ll take a very stubborn person to convince Dean he deserves that. It’s lucky Castiel Krushnic is a very stubborn man.

this is 200k words of absolute Pure 24karot Gold and no you cannot change my fucking mind I LITERALLY READ THIS ALL IN ONE DAY I COULD NOT PUT IT DOWN IT HELD 110% OF MY ATTENTION -
like i just loved everything about itiiiittttttt - Dean finally snapping after everything he's been through (that was SO satisfying) and things REALLY happening after that was just SO GOOODDDD (although I was EAGER to hop off the Speed Rollercoaster when the angst started AAHHHH AAAAHHHHHHH -)
I really loved every scene and every interaction between everyone, especially loved imagined them all in the mafia speaking fluent Russian and covered in tattoos YES SSIIIRRR -
and everyone in the Bratva being completely fucking smitten with Dean and being so carring and calling him tsarina IS just SO CUTTEE - all the interactions made me grin like an abolute bafoon, it's too fucking cute DEANS FUCKING RUSSIAN PROTECTION SQUAD I LOVE THEM SM (Grigori having to be ordered to leave his rifle in thr car was the funniest shit cause i just lowkey imagined him pouting / miffed ahout it) BECAUSE HES JUST SO SOFT AND SWEET - and the little part where Aleksander and the other cook were talking about bet money just SENT MMEEEEE - I could stop imaging Aleksander hissing at Grigori in Russian to give him his money like you gotta tell me who won the bet - also, I noticed that in chap 13 (one of my favs too) they started referring to dean as Omega Dean, and then later tsarina, both forms of a slight higher status and i just thought it was interesting cause Gabe said that dean would have to refer to everyone that ranked above him by their designation and then their name (i like to think that since dean is cas' and is being courted by him, he would've ranked next to him In their hierarchy thing and thereby be referred to as Omega dean, witb the tsarina thing just being another endearment AAAHHHEHICHSKCIHRG -) anyyway
the beginning chapters were perfect at setting the situation, deans situation, the mafia, the murder the toeture, the smattering of angst was perfect, the gradual build up hinting at revealing that John had taken all of the money dean has stashed away for sammy to go gambling - i felt the fucking betrayl man that is just so devestating to even think about - and then John finally getting his justice dealt (chap 21) once Cas figured out was *chefs kiss* Fucking Perfection cause I just understand completely why Cas had decided on his punishment being what it was, making him really feel and think and understand what he's put dean through UGH THAT WAS MY FAVORITE FUCKING CHAPTER - HELLLLLLLPPPPP
