Viktor’s heart stutters, captured by that gaze of pure enchantment. It’s directed at him with such intensity that Viktor feels like he’s the most fascinating thing in the room of curiosities. “It’s not that special–”
Jayce's laugh is summer-bright. “Do you know what I would give to be able to do magic?”
And that’s when Viktor realizes that Jayce does not have wings.

Summary
After the moon and sun granted their blessings, beings known as fae came into existence. They were beautiful and cunning, and each held powers unique to a select few that separated them into the courts of Autumn, Winter, Night, Summer, Spring, and Day. For centuries they lived in connected harmony, but when the moon was struck down by the sun, rifts separated them all.
Until centuries later when the High Lord of the Spring Court was discovered murdered in his chambers, and the prince, Jayce Talis, showed up wounded on the border of the Night Court, bewitched by the same foreign magic that took his father’s life.
The Sun and Moon courts were never meant to correlate, as their very nature prevented that. But yet when they were together, nothing felt more right, and together they would discover the origins of this strange magic then fix the bonds that had been shattered with time.

Summary
Right before him, stood the city he knew for years, Piltover in its mangled glory. Buildings collapsed in on themselves, covered with colorful tarnish that hid away any remnants of the past architecture. Jagged anomalies protruding from the stone everywhere the eye could reach.
His mind completed the whole picture. The chasm that he spent months in, the tortuous climb he needed to survive to get to the Hexgate, the far away top of the tower, that is amidst pristine white clouds and barely touching the welkin.Jayce was back in the home of all his nightmares, the timeline where he had failed to stop a catastrophe.
But this time, he wasn’t alone. Viktor, his one and only partner, was also there.
And all they needed to do together, was to get back to their world.

Or in other words, I decided to make the hextech innovators suffer more than they already did.
