Summary
Steve Harrington was predictable. He was popular, rich, and people liked him, but that made him boring. He knew, just like everyone else knew, exactly what the rest of his life would look like. He’d graduate, go to some business school, get a job at his Dad’s company (where he would some day take over), settle down with a nice girl, get married, have two and a half kids and a dog, and he’d never amount to anything. This is a tale that has been told over and over again. This is a very old tale.

Summary
The thing about prophetic dreams is that they’re not nearly as cool as they sound. Sure, it’s nice having a bit of forewarning for when shit’s about to go down, but it also gives you, like, twice as much time to stress about it.
If Nancy was the one dreaming they’d probably have the whole thing fixed in a week and then she’d be on track to being the first female president or something. Unfortunately for everyone, they’re stuck with Steve.
He’s dealing with it about as well as can be expected.
(Especially considering he’s juggling his new babysitting duties, the re-emergence of the Upside Down, whatever the fuck’s going on with Billy Hargrove, and his budding bisexual awakening-slash-crisis.)
(Thank god Robin will be there to help. Eventually.)

Summary
In the summer of 1965, 23 year old Jim Hopper and 21 year old Diane Redding had a brief, but passionate fling. Jim was planning on asking the blonde to go steady, but she disappeared. Her family claimed she decided to stay with family for a while in Indianapolis.
In 1967, she came back. She was still as beautiful as he remembered. Jim didn't think anything of her disappearance, and the two decided to give dating a try. They married a year later, bringing a little girl named Sara into the world in 1971, moving to New York the next year to start their new lives.
Sara was taken from them a six short years later from cancer, and Jim and Diane never recovered. They divorced and went their separate ways. Jim went back to Hawkins colder and broken.
Years later, a little girl with curly brown hair, telekinetic abilities, and a love for eggos helped heal something in him. Something he thought dead to him forever. In is heart, though, he felt like something was missing, a part of him that he didn't even know was gone.
Who knew that missing piece was closer than Jim Hopper ever thought possible. Stephanie "Stevie" Harrington.
