Summary
When Asami Sato meets the oh-so-important Avatar at a fancy shindig, she knows all of her assumptions are correct. Avatar Korra might be a god on earth, but she's also a spoiled, entitled, little girl. A kid who was told time and time that they were special and didn't deserve it one bit. Asami knows spoiled brats -- hell, she's the CEO of Spoiled Brats -- and she knows just how to deal with this one.
When Avatar Korra meets the famous, beautiful, genius Asami Sato all she knows is that her crush on the team captain of the Fire Ferrets just got a lot more complicated.

Summary
Ava Silva has come to London to find a spouse. Not for herself, you understand, but for her sister, Camila. Anyone will do, as long as they will grant Camila the romance she deserves (and that Ava knows she will never have for herself). Well, perhaps not anyone. The Viscount Beatrice Bridgerton, for example, is wholly unsuitable. Yes, she is the most eligible bachelor of the season, handsome, charming, wealthy, of high rank, and possessed of a fine sense of humor. But the Viscount has both the reputation of a rake and no interest in the love match Camila so dearly deserves.
And if the Viscount should pursue Camila? And Camila should find her as charming as Ava does? What then?

Summary
Beatrice laughed amusedly. "Is that your way of kicking me out of your apartment?"
Ava didn't mean that, Beatrice is joking, but Ava took it to heart.
"No, fuck no, Beatrice, no. I didn't mean that-". Ava panicked, scrambling out of Beatrice's arms.
Beatrice leaned over and grabbed Ava's lips to shut her up. "I know, I was just kidding." Beatrice gently caressed the cheek of the beautiful woman she just had the best night with.
Ava smiled and leaned back against the woman's chest. "Do you want to stay tonight? I don't want the person I just had a mind-blowing orgasm with driving this late..... it's not safe."
Beatrice felt her heart warm and throb with excitement. They had never cared about her before, not even her ex-girlfriend...not even her parents who always treated her like an accident.
"Thank you for caring about me. I'll stay, if you don't mind."
Ava smiled half sleepily into Beatrice's shoulder. "Stay as long as you like."

Summary
Bea’s mutter only reignited the spark of ire, “That…that’s not the reason.”
Was the sister warrior seriously about to pretend she hadn’t been into the woman at the bar?
"Oh. And what's the reason then?" Ava challenged, squaring her shoulders as she faced down her best friend.
There was a pause while they just stared at each other, both breathing hard from the fight, until, all of a sudden, Bea was on her, mouth colliding with her own, shoving the Halo bearer against the door as she swallowed Ava’s grunt of surprise.
Oh.
....
A (very angsty and smutty) reimagining of season 2 with a happier ending :P
When Bea has a rather sexual dream one night in Switzerland, panic ensues, and both women are forced to confront the 'thing' that's been growing between them.

Summary
This time it takes a lot longer to get a response back, but Ava can wait him out. “Speak, child.”
Ava grins from ear to ear, then forces herself to reign it in. “Yes I uh…I have to confess an act of gluttony.” She drops her head, really pushing the shame into her tone. “Two days ago I took a visit to the city with Sister Lilith and a small boy offered me a candy bar, a Twix. Are you familiar?”
“Yes, sister, I am.” He sounds so annoyed, Ava has to bite the inside of her cheek not to giggle.
“Right of course, you are a man of many travels and, most likely, many many candy bars.”

Even if Lilith tells her that five of them are only edible with egregious amounts of sauce and or salt.
Still, she’s getting better and today is a big test. Hell, today might be the most important test of her kitchen skills she’s ever had.
The last thing Ava wants to do is fuck up her daughters first birthday cake.

Summary
"I think," Ava began, chewing on the thought, "That you should take my virginity."
Beatrice's first reaction was what a hellish thing to say in the middle of the Atlantic City boardwalk, right outside of Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville. "Take it?" She responded, deciding to address the brutish first part of the sentence, "Ava, that's a little antiquated, don't you think?"
Ava said, "Seriously? That's your response to this?"

Summary
Ava loved her family more than she loved anything or anyone else in the world, but she was tired. She was tired of the constant interrogation, wondering why was she still single when people around her age were already in fully committed relationships, or why she hadn't brought any of her partners yet when she came back home to introduce them to the family.
And Ava hated to lie to her family, but desperate times needed desperate solutions and... well, one little lie brought to another and, suddenly, Beatrice suggested they should pretend to be together to save Ava from getting interrogated one year more about her pathetic love life.
Ava agreed, because nothing can go wrong when you and your best friend of five years pretend to be together...
Right?
Well, sit down, grab your pop corn, and let's find out the amount of possibilities that can unfold when two people pretend to be in love with one another during a magical time like Christmas time is.

“Do you miss it?” Gloria asks. “Barbieland, I mean.”
Barbie considers this, looking over at Gloria. She’s wearing a loose linen blouse today, long sleeves pushed back to the elbows, and her hair is blowing slightly in the breeze coming in through the open kitchen window. She looks like every other woman in the world: beautiful.
“Yes,” Barbie says. “Sometimes. But I’d rather be here with you.”
