Summary
“So are we doing this then?”
Eddie narrows his eyes.
Okay. Fine. Skipping foreplay, sure.
“Doing what, Harrington?”
Irritation flickers across Steve’s features as he steps forward again, still breathing hard and unevenly. Still red in the face.
“You’re really going to make me say it?” he whispers. “You want me to ask?”
“No,” Eddie grins, reaching up to tug at the red ascot tied around his stupid little sailor shirt. He leans in closer, hooking a finger into the waistband of his stupid little sailor shorts. His lips brush the shell of Steve’s ear as he speaks, voice pitched soft and low.
“You’re not going to ask. You’re going to beg.”—
Eddie spends his summer learning things about himself – such as the fact that the only thing he enjoys about his dreary summer job at the mall comes in the form of one Steve Harrington: fallen from grace, suited up in a borderline indecent uniform, easy to torment, and wound tighter than a drum.
Steve spends his summer learning things about himself as a result of Eddie’s habitual tormenting.Bookmarked by mana1996

Summary
Watching Steve sit alone that first day- even with his ex and her new squeeze crowding his table- former King of Hawkins High with his bruised up face and puppy dog eyes, and apparently, knight in shining armor tendencies, Eddie never stood a chance.
It's Jeff, in the end, that finally badgers Eddie enough to let Steve be dragged over to their table- into Hellfire, and Dungeons & Dragons, and hopefully right into Eddie's arms- after Steve intervenes to stop Jeff being harrassed in the halls.
Now Eddie just needs to figure out what he's going to do with all of it.
Aka a hellfire adopts Steve fic, because give the boy some friends (and a boyfriend).

Summary
Look, Eddie was a simple man. He wanted simple things.
And if a simple man glances up while making his way back along a tabletop after he gave a —quite frankly, riveting— monologue against compulsory sports, and see's the sight that is Steve Harrington wide eyed, mouth parted, with a strong blush spread over his face… then the simple man is falling right back under the spell. Luckily, he doesn't actually fall. Mostly just stumbles a little while getting back to his chair.
----
Steve Harrington enters his senior year of high school with a pathetic crush on resident freak, Eddie Munson. And his pretty, pretty hair. With no other way to express it, he come up with a plan.

She's alone.
