Summary
The morning after the ball given by the Featheringtons, the ton wakes up to find the entire family has disappeared. With much stolen money. Hatred for the Featheringtons spills out of every house in Mayfair. But the Bridgertons, especially Colin's, only thought is for their friend, Penelope. Just when he gives up hope of ever seeing his dear friend again, he bumps into her during his yearly travels.
An AU in which the Featheringtons run away to New York City at the end of s2. And Colin and Penelope bump into each other while Colin is on his travels and that's how they fall in love. I suck at summaries, sorry.
