Summary
Kara's world now existed between two lines. Pain, overwhelming and inflamed, and numbness. Both were equally as inviting for things she had little choice in. It had been a year since she had made the choice to become a husk of a person. To rip Reign out of Sam and morph them inside herself instead. A year since she had lost everything that mattered.
But now things were changing. The darkness inside her had morphed into something new, something even more dangerous. Something that made Kara wonder were she began and where it ended. Full of needs and desires and wants and...
Lena.

“Is sex with a Kryptonian different?” Lena asks bluntly. Kara whips her attention to her like she is fully offended and her cheeks and ears feel too hot, and before she could answer, Lena is chuckling. “It’s so fascinating to watch you sputter, Supergirl,” she muses.
Kara scoffs and sinks lower into her seat. “You are terrible,” she mutters. “Here I was thinking of offering you some help.”

Kara is shy again, blushing furiously, but Lena knows exactly what she’s thinking of. Months ago, when Kara had taken the strap-on out of her bedside drawer and seen something else inside – a tiny almond-shaped silver plug, flaring out in a gentle taper and ending with a glittering pink jewel.
She had expressed interest in it, but hadn’t brought it up since, and Lena had been reticent about asking.
