Summary
Kind of pathetically, that’s not the end of things. It is, at least, that first real moment of a concrete thought, that occasional vague sinking feeling growing into something, really given words. Eddie’s played two campaigns as a bard (probably his favorite class to play), and he’s got a pretty good feel for the power, the importance, the necessity of a good turn of phrase. And this one’s simple, catchy, unambiguous. Not quite a bardic lyric but maybe the start to a pretty powerful refrain: this has to end.
