If you asked Kuroo Tetsurou if he had Hanahaki disease, he would firmly deny it. Sure, the persistent coughing and shortness of breath got worse when he thought about honey-blond Tsukishima Kei, but that was a coincidence.
Even if he did have Hanahaki, the treatment would erase his memories of Tsukishima. That just wouldn't be worth it.
