-The brunet was now sitting at the bar of a night club with a soda in his hand, watching his two royal idiots jump around on the dance floor. He was still baffled that Stella had managed to get them in when they were clearly underage, but here they were.
He watched as the sun princess said something that made his best friend burst out laughing, making her beam in return. Brandon had grown very fond of her smile and laugh, not that he would ever admit it to her. She was beautiful and radiant in every way, but she was not someone he was allowed to covet. So he just sat back and watched her-Brandon and Sky are visiting Solaria for the weekend, spending some time with their friend (and Sky’s cousin) Stella. Things get heated up between the squire and the princess.
Just a fun one shot, leaving it open for the possibility of more later on.

“Everyone in Solaria knows, it’s pretty common, actually. Not so special.”
“Seems special to me.” He stared at her. They were close, lying on his jacket. Stella had taken off her shoes.
She was the first one to break eye contact. It was getting pretty intense, and she could almost hear her heart pounding in her chest. She turned her eyes to the sky and stayed silent, listening to his breath, to the breeze, to her own heart.
Brandon looked at her for a moment longer, then he put an arm behind his head and looked up at the stars.Series
