   Summary

   I tried to drown myself in my sins, in my addiction, and in my restless dreams. Yet I am unable. They taught me how to swim, not how to fly. I close my eyes, lying in your arms, reminding myself of the surface of the river where I tried to drown myself, and the moment I chose to live instead. It all has the taste of the cheapest alcohol that lingers on your lips.
